Inhome Eduhub is Singapore's only end-to-end education partner for international students — AEIS preparation, O-Level coaching, academic tuition, homestay, and university placement advisory, all under one roof.
We serve two distinct groups of international students. Each has a dedicated pathway — and a dedicated team behind it.
Your child enters Singapore as an international student and needs to pass the AEIS exam to enroll in a government school. We prepare them — and keep them there.
Your child enters at Sec 3 or above and needs full-subject O-Level (SEC) coaching, plus strategic planning for Polytechnic or JC — and ultimately NUS, NTU, or SMU.
Two pathways, two age groups, two cost profiles. Pick the column that matches your child's age — everything else follows.
The Singapore-Cambridge O-Level (transitioning to SEC in 2027) is your child's gateway to NUS, NTU, SMU — and beyond. Here's exactly how each route works.
Choose your university route
#1 education system globally · 93.8% employment rate · Relaxed immigration policy · Low living costs · Direct pathway to world-ranked universities · Safe environment · Chinese cultural background
Pass just 3 O-Level subjects and your child is eligible to apply for a foundation year programme at UK, Australian, or New Zealand universities — leading directly to a bachelor's degree.
Most tuition centres handle one exam. We walk with your child from their first day in Singapore to the university application — and every milestone in between.
The gateway to Singapore government schools. Intensive English and Math preparation with proven strategies — and an ≥80% pass rate that most centres won't publish.
Full-subject O-Level coaching focused on L1R4 and L1R5 aggregate strategy — the numbers that determine Poly or JC admission.
Supplementary tuition for students already enrolled in Singapore schools — keeping grades strong through every exam season.
GPA optimisation, portfolio planning, and NUS / NTU application support for students ready to make the leap to university.
For families thousands of kilometres away, knowing your child is safe is the first priority. We provide managed homestay and legal guardianship so you can focus on your child's future, not your fears.
We act as your local guardian — legally and practically. School communication, medical consent, and daily supervision handled on your behalf.
Vetted host families near our campuses. Clean, safe, and structured environments for young learners far from home.
Regular updates via WhatsApp and WeChat — in English and Chinese. You always know how your child is doing.
Supervised travel between homestay, school, and our campuses. No child navigates Singapore alone.
Guardian on call for medical appointments, school emergencies, and anything that needs an adult present on the ground.
Other providers give you a tutor. Or a homestay. Or a guardian. We give you all three, coordinated — so nothing falls through the cracks when your child is 4,000 km away.
Structured, exam-targeted coaching from day one. Curriculum aligned to MOE standards.
Subject tuition throughout your child's Singapore schooling — PSLE to O-Levels.
Safe accommodation near campus. Vetted families, structured routines, regular check-ins.
Full MOE-compliant guardianship. We handle school, medical, and emergency situations.
GPA strategy and NUS/NTU application support for the long game.
The benchmark that matters. While most centres keep pass rates private, we publish ours — because we stand behind our results.
Since 2010, we've guided thousands of international students through Singapore's education system. We know every twist in the path.
Since 2010, over 2,000 students have enrolled in Singapore government schools through our programmes.
Kovan, Bugis, Bedok, and Choa Chu Kang — across the island so students are never far from support.
"My daughter arrived in Singapore not knowing anyone. Two years later she passed AEIS, settled into a government school, and is now on track for polytechnic. Inhome Eduhub didn't just prepare her for the exam — they looked after her like family."— Parent of current student, from Shenzhen · Child enrolled since age 13
No competitor in Singapore publishes parent stories. We do — because transparency is how trust is built.
"We tried two other centres before Inhome. Only here did my son's English improve enough to pass AEIS. He entered Dunman High School in Secondary 2. We are so proud — and so grateful."
"Sending your 11-year-old to another country is terrifying. What gave us peace of mind was the guardianship. We got WhatsApp updates every day. Every single day. That's not a service — that's a promise kept."
"Other centres disappear after the exam. Inhome stayed. When my daughter struggled with her first semester in school, they were there — extra lessons, teacher communication, weekly check-ins. That follow-through is rare."
"We chose the Bedok campus because it was closest to the homestay. When we moved districts, they transferred my son to Bugis without any fuss. Four campuses sounds like a detail — until you actually need it."

Real answers to the questions we hear every day — in Facebook groups, WeChat, and our first consultations.
Yes — and adaptation is faster with the right support. Singapore schools are structured, English-medium, and welcoming to international students. The biggest challenge is English fluency and the local exam style, both of which our programme addresses directly. Students who come through AEIS with us typically settle in within one school term.
The national average AEIS pass rate is roughly 30–40%. Our students achieve 80%+ pass rates for those completing the full programme. The difference comes from structured mock exams, small-group teaching (max 8 students), and targeted English and Maths coaching aligned to the actual test format.
Both are real concerns — and both are manageable. Our homestay families are experienced with international students, and we match by language and background where possible. Weekly tutor check-ins include an emotional wellbeing component. Most parents tell us their child's confidence visibly improves within 4–6 weeks of arrival.
Yes — and this is what makes us different. Most centres only do tuition. We provide AEIS tuition, vetted homestay accommodation, and MOE-approved legal guardianship all from one team. One contract, one point of contact, one plan. This significantly reduces the logistical burden on overseas families.
There is a fallback: S-AEIS (Supplementary AEIS), held in February–March of the following year. We continue preparing students for S-AEIS at no additional enrolment cost if they completed our full programme. Most students who pass S-AEIS go on to enter government schools without issue.
It depends on programme duration, housing choice, and whether you bundle services. We provide a transparent full-cost breakdown in our free consultation — tuition fees, homestay costs, guardianship fees, and exam registration. No hidden charges. Most families budget SGD 1,500–3,000/month depending on the package.
Yes. Our relationship doesn't end at AEIS. We provide ongoing academic support after school entry — liaising with teachers, facilitating school transfers if needed (we have 4 campus locations across Singapore: Kovan, Bugis, Bedok, and Choa Chu Kang), and monitoring progress each term. This long-term follow-through is one of the reasons parents refer us to friends.
AEIS is the route into Singapore government schools — strong academic reputation, significantly lower fees (~SGD 4k/yr vs SGD 25k–50k/yr for international schools), and the same curriculum local students follow. We advise on both paths in our consultation, but AEIS is usually the stronger long-term value for families planning a 3–6 year stay.
After completing O-Level (or SEC from 2027), students choose between two routes: Polytechnic — a 3-year diploma programme with strong industry links, then apply to NUS/NTU/SMU via GPA; or JC (Junior College) — 2 years of A-Level preparation, then direct university entry. We help families choose the right fork based on the student's subjects, aggregate score (L1R4/L1R5), and long-term goals. We also provide continuity from O-Level coaching through polytechnic GPA optimisation and university application support.
