Follow these steps to complete your 2026 O-Level private candidate registration on the SEAB Candidates Portal. 按照以下步骤，在SEAB考生门户完成2026年O-Level私人考生报名。
Gather all required documents before opening the portal. You will need: Passport, Student Pass / Employment Pass / Dependent Pass / Student's Pass (EP/DP/STP), FIN number, a valid email address, and parent or guardian information. Go to the SEAB Candidates Portal at candidates.seab.gov.sg. Create a new account or log in using your Singpass or foreign candidate credentials. Registration opens on April 7, 2026 at 9:00 am. Choose up to 9 subjects. Carefully confirm each subject code before proceeding — an incorrect subject code means sitting the wrong paper. Note: changes made after payment incur a $30 administrative fee per change. Pay your examination fees online via credit/debit card or PayNow. Once payment is complete, download and save your payment receipt — you will need it if any issues arise. Payment deadline is April 20, 2026 at 11:00 pm. After payment, download and save your Entry Proof (Barred List) from the portal. This is your official confirmation that you are registered for the examination. Keep a printed and digital copy.
